Time and Talent Needed!

Heart Reach Neighborhood Ministries is all about people helping people. We believe that God has given each of us passions and talents that can be used to bless others. Volunteers are always needed to:

  • Pick up or distribute food to children and families in need
  • Mentor children and/or teens to help them become all that God has created them to be
  • Support staff during regular after school and summer programming, as well as for our Super Kids Thrive program which meets during the school day
  • Serve as a bus aid when picking up or dropping off students
  • Provide support for family and community events
  • Speak to a group about your profession or talents

We have heard many times from people wishing they lived closer so they could volunteer at one of our community centers. There are a number of ways you can volunteer right where you are, doing everything from knitting scarves to mentoring a child online. Of course, we would LOVE to have you visit and see first-hand all that is happening, but distance does not have to stop you anymore.

We currently have openings for work with our Super Kids children's program. If you have a love for children and a desire to help them be all that God has created them to be, this may be the place for you! We are especially seeking men and those that speak English and Spanish.
